Assault on the enemies' ear drums

This is essentially an article revealing some torture techniques at US war prisons, such as blasting music, leaving someone in total darkness, leaving them chained in an uncomfortable position for days, and then releasing them months later because you have no evidence against them. Songs from Sesame Street, Barney, ACDC, Metallica, Rage Against the Machine and a bunchy of other bands were used, and Tom Morello is speaking out against it. I can't see how a conservative stance can be taken here. True, there should be an effort to extract information from POWs, but breaking someone and making them lose their mind goes way beyond what is reasonable.

Agreed. Funny that they use Rage Against the Machine considering practically every single one of their songs bashes the hell out of our government.

Anyone subjected to listening to Sesame Street and Barney music blasted for any period of time longer than a second is torturous and inhumane...unless you are a small child unaware of the fact that those shows are full of shit.
